Q. Where is the Mexico Mansion (MM) located, and how far is it from the airport? Discos?
A. MM is conveniently located in the Club Deportivo community; just up the street from the coastal road and main bay beach area; where the majority of hotels, restaurants and shops are located. Time from the airport to MM - 25 minutes with normal traffic. Time to the discos - 10 minutes.

Q. How do I get from the airport to MM?
A. Click on the map and directions button on the home page. Distribute copies to all guests prior to departure from your home city.

Q. What is included in the rental price?
A. There are no hidden taxes on top of the daily rental price. Prices include the base salary for the staff, laundry and daily room cleaning.

Q. What is not included in the rental price?
A. Food, beverages, transportation, excursions or STAFF GRATUITY (15% CUSTOMARY).

Q. How many staff members will serve us?
A. Depending on the number of guests in the group. The minimum staff consists of the houseman-(Ubaldo- your private butler that will serve and coordinate all other staff members), chef (Flor - has been preparing gourmet meals at MM for over 10 years), waiter/poolman 
(Angel-keeps the 2 pools crystal clear, and the gardens perfectly maintained), maid/laundress (Elizabeth - keeps your room looking, smelling and feeling fresh each day), night serviceman (Urial - will help prepare a midnight snack and help coordinate your night time activities and transportation). Additional staff will be added as needed to assure a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE.

Q. How do we plan our meals and purchase the food and drinks?
A. The house menu will be provided upon your arrival. You can plan the meals for your entire trip; but we would suggest that you plan one day at a time, one day in advance. Flor will go shopping for you each morning. You will give her cash after dinner for the next days meals. She is VERY HONEST and will provide receipts for all purchases.

Q. How much does the food and beverage cost?
A. The majority of items will be purchased at Walmart. The prices are very similar to those charged in the U.S.

Q. Is there a security deposit required?
A. Yes. The deposit is between $2000 - $3000 depending on the group size and ages of guests. The deposit is paid to the houseman in cash upon arrival; and is refunded at departure, less any damages.

Q. Is there television, internet and telephone services provided?
A.Television (satellite) is provided at no additional charge (except for premium pay channels), as is internet (dsl) – BUT THESE SERVICES (INCLUDING ELECTRICAL AND WATER SERVICES) ARE NOT GUARANTEED. The staff will do their best to minimize interruptions, but these services are not typically as reliable as in the U.S. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY INTERRUPTIONS TO ANY OF THESE SERVICES; BUT WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY FINANCIAL OR OTHER COMPENSATION, AS THESE PROBLEMS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Local Acapulco telephone calls are included in rental price – long distance is not. The houseman will offer optional telephone services for international long distance.
